I’m pleased that you enjoyed our studio space and had the opportunity to bond with our great team that choose to work at MadeBrave. Whilst I believe that a great physical environment plays a really important role in how you feel at work, I understand that what truly matters is creating a positive and supportive culture where everyone feels valued, heard, safe, and secure. Since the very beginning of MadeBrave, we have always tried to build a culture where everyone feels heard and respected. We're committed to this and actively work towards this by implementing policies like gender bias checkers on all our job ads, maintaining mixed-gender interview panels, and providing regular DEI and unconscious bias training for our team. We try our very best to create an inclusive environment where everyone’s contributions are valued, and every voice is heard. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and I do, however, recognise there is always room for improvement.
