      - A lot of opportunities to get free product, especially near the holidays - No credit card registration

      Cons

      - Only 8-12 of work per week - Store had no cameras, so customers and employees would steal - Terrible hourly pay - Not much diversity in the workplace and in clientele

      60% off discount for employees, great associates to work with, flexible

      Cons

      your experience depends 100% on the managers, no commission but high focus on individual sales, HVAC system had been broken for years and was never fixed which made it unbearably hot in summer months to the point of exhaustion for both associates and customers
