Best Reasons- Discount is pretty good. The hours of store actually being opened was not the worst, could have been better based on actually data. Most of my team was the sweetest!

Limited growth opportunities were evident due to the consistent absence of the District Manager on PTO without clear reason. Additionally, when the District Manager did communicate with the store, there was a lack of positive feedback, even when the store surpassed projections by 50%. This absence of constructive leadership and disregard for store metrics, including low inventory leading to inefficient allocation of resources, resulted in missed opportunities for staff development and potential financial bonuses. Furthermore, the specific leader at my store exhibited a lack of leadership skills and allowed a subordinate to drive away the entire staff. This further hindered the potential for growth and development within the team.
