      -the people in this company are generally nice -pay is great -nice perks -good benefits -organized workflow systems

      Cons

      -get used to Race based Micro agressions -singling out and exclusionary behavior towards direct reports -passive aggressive behavior from all upper management -poor training from lazy management -overall questionable work environment given the many complaints of this one overseer who continues to remain employed.

      your experience depends 100% on the managers, no commission but high focus on individual sales, HVAC system had been broken for years and was never fixed which made it unbearably hot in summer months to the point of exhaustion for both associates and customers
