      Discounts for clothing was a great perk

      My onboarding took longer than expected due to disorganized management, sometimes I would be assigned the same training tasks repeatedly by different managers. Also, there was no sense of community.

      60% off discount for employees, great associates to work with, flexible

      Cons

      your experience depends 100% on the managers, no commission but high focus on individual sales, HVAC system had been broken for years and was never fixed which made it unbearably hot in summer months to the point of exhaustion for both associates and customers
