      They have a great employee discount and the company makes it a point to do contests with prizes. The Garden City Store is very structured and organized.

      There is no commission so pay is not always that great.

      60% off discount for employees, great associates to work with, flexible

      Cons

      your experience depends 100% on the managers, no commission but high focus on individual sales, HVAC system had been broken for years and was never fixed which made it unbearably hot in summer months to the point of exhaustion for both associates and customers
