      Pros

      Madgex has a culture that is above and beyond the standard. Everyone is genuine and happy to help the team. The perks are so long that I can't list them all as it would take so long! However, to name a few: True flexi-time (not just mentioned at interview but then never allowed) Health and well-being (free yoga classes, quarterly massages, free weekly lunch, private health initiative + Perkbox, new standing desks) Training and development (regular internal/external)

      Cons

      Hard to find one, as any improvement suggested is always thoroughly looked at and actioned to improve.

      Pros

      People care about their work and about each other from top to bottom. There's a passion for delivering and, while no company is perfect, Madgex strives/succeeds to be a great employer. It shows in the way their staff are treated and the approach to employee engagement. Would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who wants to work for a dynamic tech company.
