None that I can think of , unfortunately.
Cons
Management tells you to do one thing, then you do it and they claim you did wrong. They tell you that you can have off for an appointment, then you get in trouble. No understanding of family life or emergencies. Lots of lies and manipulation( from my supervisor at least).Poor management. Micro management. We know how to do our jobs, let us do it and with guidance and show proper leadership. Very uncomfortable place to work. They don't trust you to do your job properly.
