Pros
They have a few long running shows. And have hired staff that are competent and friendly.
Cons
The actual office is disgusting. Everyone is scattered around in smaller offices, or crunched together in the middle of spaces, lit by fluorescent lights. The rooms have no sound proofing or ventilation. I'm not sure if they've ever been vacuumed. There is no unity between people who work on the same show, they could be sitting anywhere, and rarely is there any team meeting to know who else is working on your show. Also, they seem to have hired very, very few women for any creative positions. Most of the women in the office seem to be in organizational roles.
