They offered food for employees and were flexible in our working hours. Food was also provided for underprivileged children. They pay well for this role which I appreciated.
Cons
They could make you change location last minute which I did not appreciate. When the Council arrived they suddenly set up bouncy castles and other activities in the illusion that children were always having this experience every day but this was only for the show. You could tell children had never had that as they were suddenly expected to know how to play tennis or archery. As soon as the council, they put down the bouncy castles. A lot of activities are repetitive and there are not enough measures put in place to deal with poorly behaved children.
