Pros
The company is very small. The billing department alone consists of (12) twelve people, each carrying a vital role in the company. There is a great support system should you ever need help or run across unfamiliar grounds. A lot of the time, you keep to yourself and work on your own. Occasionally, there will be moments you may need to work with others to resolve an issue. The majority of the staff is welcoming and friendly. The company is more than willing to provide aide in continued education and certification.
Cons
The company being small doesn't offer many positions to move/rise in the company. There is not much growth offered. The pay is very small, as well. Do not expect a salary higher than $50, 000 per year. This company is great for people who would like to learn about financing in ASC settings but not one for staying as a permanent employee. Being a small company, you also have a lot of one-on-one communication with the CEO/CFO/COO of the company. This may be a plus to some people but may create unnecessary stress.
