You're not allowed to leave the work line for two seconds before the break starts, and you'll be monitored like in a concentration camp. If you go to the restroom for longer than the allotted time, they'll come and ask you, "What were you doing in the restroom for so long?" If your mom or the courier calls you and you pull out your phone, you'll get a fine. Even if you made your plan, but finished two minutes early, the fine is 50 euros (real-life example).
