      - Payment depends on where you come from if you don't know the range within - Technical knowledge is below average - Politics over performance (Restructuring and some Decisions happens based on politics not based on assessments and experience)

      Entrepreneurial mindset, forward looking manufacturing company working hard to maintain competitive in the ever evolving auto industry

      Cons

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
