Pros
Magna provides training, great job opportunities, good benefits and excellent coworkers. Each division has its own culture but they also incorporate the cultural elements of the company and employee charter.
Cons
Each division has its own processes. This means if you move between them you may have to learn how the new division does things. It also means that software tools are not common.
