      Automotive supplier leader, which is now a market facing great crisis. This leads to work instability even on daily basis (i.e. layoffs, reduced work time, reduced resources...)

      Entrepreneurial mindset, forward looking manufacturing company working hard to maintain competitive in the ever evolving auto industry

      Cons

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
