great fringe benefits like health and dental, wellness days, corporate discounts. Lots of room for growth, Magna invests in their people.

Cons

High-stress being in manufacturing. A lot of changing deliverables with tight deadlines. Corporate environment makes it hard to understand the justification in some decisions made.

Entrepreneurial mindset, forward looking manufacturing company working hard to maintain competitive in the ever evolving auto industry

Cons

Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
