Great team. Always available to lend a hand, and does a great job of supporting each other when possible.

Salaries do not appear to be competitive when benchmarked against the local market, which may make it challenging to attract and retain top talent. Additional responsibilities are sometimes assigned to employees without adequate communication or context, leading to confusion and frustration. Witnessing high performers finding themselves taking on heavier workloads without corresponding recognition or compensation, which feels discouraging.
