- Relocated for a full-time position only to then be terminated within a month. - Lack of organisation - Manager went on holiday for a week during the 2 weeks I started. - Lack of preparation/ knowledge of my background/ position - Working alongside the client and on their premises with no team support, - Company known to make employee redundant during the 1st week starting. - Managing Director and both Account Directors interviewed me then terminated me. - Poor excuse for termination because they didn't read my CV and background. - Clients I was working with didn't really communicate well, wasn't really seen as part of the team.
