Pros
People who are not in management are generally good, well meaning people. I enjoyed a lot of them a great deal. But be careful, management has moles inside to spy on it's own people.
Cons
Management are bullies with a serious number of problematic secrets. Information isn't shared and management is a lot less than transparent. It's like living in high school. Behind closed doors they smack talk those who work hardest for them. I was in management and witnessed this daily. You don't know who you can trust. Truth is you can't trust anyone.
