They dont give increment. When they hire they say they would give increment from April next year. But this year they give increment of 6 % only and that too effective from 1 Sep and not 1 April. They cheated everybody working in the company and gave effective increment of 3%. You will regret if you are hard-working employee. You will enjoy if you want to relax.
