      lower Base pay. hard to advance in the company. Cost of living raises are few and far between. long work hours. some inexperienced management with limited experience.

      Magnum treated their employees incredibly well. The managers are easy to talk to. There isn’t any micro-managing. They let you do your work and grow.

      Sometimes the communication breaks between different departments.
