We get flexibility to decide our working hour so that we can produce the maximum result. The senior management is supportive and always available/eager to share their knowledge. I have been in this industry from last 8 years now and I haven't seen the management anywhere else investing this much of time in helping and training their employees. there's always room for walking an extra mile in Magnum Hunt and efforts are always welcomed, appreciated and recognized.
