I chose this job because they offered a bit more money, around 3-4k more, than other places I could have worked. But the problem was, the team leaders had different ideas and couldn't agree on anything. This messed up my career. The office politics and other issues there stressed me out so much that it affected my health. I had to take many days off because of headaches, and I couldn't sleep well at night. Now, I'm glad I left that job. If you have other job options, I suggest you take them instead of working here. Even if they offer you a bit more money than your previous job, don't let that tempt you. This company ate up all my salary, and they didn't care about the money I spent moving to Ahmedabad or the effort I put in. They also didn't care that I have a family to support. All they cared about was their own ego. I hope this version makes it simpler and clearer.
