If the company doesn't have any projects or clients specific for you(which is not an employees fault), they will start pointing on your skillset, performance and ability, and that can be demotivating.
Please be very clear before joining that you have any project or work for you.
If the company will not have any new work for 2-3 months, they will ask you to work in less salary or to leave, that may affect your resume and financial stability.
No one really talk to you without any work.
