Sometimes hard to work with certain people.

Unfortunately I do not recall a good thing to write about this company.

My experience working for this company was overwhelmingly negative. Unfortunately, there were no positive aspects to highlight. The management style relied heavily on micromanagement and inconsistent decision-making, which created confusion and placed undue pressure on employees. The tools and systems, including outdated and malfunctioning computers, hindered productivity rather than supporting it. Additionally, the work environment was marked by passive-aggressive behavior, lack of professional respect, and frequent outbursts from leadership. Collaboration between departments often felt unnecessary and seemed to serve more as a means to enforce excessive oversight rather than fostering teamwork. Professionals were regularly undermined, and outdated management practices discouraged growth and innovation. This environment was neither supportive nor conducive to professional development, and I would not recommend it to others seeking a healthy and respectful workplace.
