Pros

- People are fun and friendly - Great socials - Great sales training and support that is useful for future jobs - Office in good location

Cons

- Four of the glassdoor reviews posted on the same day from current employers - Very low pay compared to similar jobs on the market - Extremely high turnover of staff - people either quit due to poor treatment/pay or get fired if numbers start to slip - Unsociable hours not made clear in interview or contract - BDs working shifts ranging from 9am-1pm which again not told until starting - Claim to care about wellbeing with very little support - looked down upon for raising any concerns - No attempt at hiding favouritism with people getting random promotions while others sit at the same level for months -To progress you have to prove you can juggle multiple job roles and maintain numbers - Title promotions with no extra pay but more work and hours - some roles even made up to prevent people leaving - Very little support for staff - "This is the job you signed up for" often said - Many people internally spoke about how they felt they could not speak up with fear of being fired or it affecting their progression so kept it to themselves - Unhealthy work culture created by mgmt - expectations to work beyond contracted hours - Feedback to mgmt seen as not being a team player / not taking job seriously enough

Pros

Very good product that is simple but effective. Lots of investment and time put into learning and development. Good work incentives. Young team which I really like, feels like a family rather than just being work colleagues. Great career progression and earning opportunities. Involvement with decisions in the organisation. Direct contact regularly with heads of departments and the CEO. The CEO has a really clear vision on the direction of the company and really appreciates the work that everyone does in the business.

Cons

Keep up the great work incentives. Make sure you continue to make staff feel appreciated for the work they put in. The office interior could be a bit better. Niche market so people loose more and more territory as more and more people promote.
