Pros

Free food/coffee from the cafe downstairs. Friday meeting drinks. Really nice people in general employed there. Good tools - software and hardware.

Cons

The culture is what ultimately killed it, management was obviously being stressed out from their superior and hence leaked onto their workers causing unnecessary hostility. No proper HR department - or HR at all at times. Also lack of structure and innovation in the business - you were essentially told what to do and not question it and not give feedback if you didn’t think it was right.

Pros

* Very good technical team of Developers, QA and Operations. Everyone is unique and very talented; excellent team to work with * Freedom to experiment, learn and implement new stuff. * Supportive and energetic CTO working closely with DevOps team * Free food at Cafe * Flexible working arrangements * Great visibility of the other teams as well - Service Desk, Marketing, Sales. This provides an excellent understanding of the business needs. * Excellent people all around

Cons

* If you are not a self-starter and not proactive but looking for well defined processes, this is not the place for you. Technical team is still evolving in-terms of DevOps culture, so be prepared to think out-of-the box and solve problems * Due to complex architecture, adaptation to new tools might take sometime. Patience is key!
