Pros
Competitive pay, but it comes at a price.
Cons
Horrible working conditions. It is a hostile work environment. The top editors are heartless (as you can probably gather from their tabloid takedowns). It is a minimum of 12hour workdays for editors, 11 for reporters. You get no lunch break - you eat at your desk. You are expected to push out an outrageous amount of content per hour. It's the sweatshop of newsrooms. You feel terribly guilty about your work because all it is is takedowns of (mostly) innocent people for the sake of tabloid clicks. It is about as slimy of a place as it can possibly be. As for leadership - well, the fish rots from the head, as they say. Oh, and all the Brits vape in the office so it smells like terrible strawberry fumes mixed with red bull burbs - it's FOUL.
