High employee turn over due to lack of leadership and support from managers and directors. Consistently understaffed which becomes a patient safety problem.
Management is not understanding of employee needs and gossip becomes a major issue which makes for a hostile work environment. Some team members wouldn’t talk to others and even completely ignored each other. Behavioral issues were not addressed properly and continued to occur, even in front of patients.
Human Resources plays favorites and praises those team members while the other team members are routinely written up and asked/forced to work extra hours due to improper staffing. Hiring and on boarding process takes entirely too long and recruiters need more training.
