Pros

The pay is decent and Benefits are OK

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked from in my entire career! It starts from the Top Management. The CIO is absolutely crazy! She yells and screams at her subordinates. Hr does nothing about it! She and her direct reports are unqualified for their positions. For three years in a row we can not even pass a successful Disaster Recovery! The CIO is so stupid she decided to move to another manage service company instead of working on consolidating the systems. She has absolutely no business sense! And three years in a row no bonus only to the executives. The IT dept is an afterthought with the executives.

Pros

Great Benefits Great Pay Company appreciated employees and work they did Employees had sense of pride and ownership

Cons

Once AmFam took over there was a complete 180 Company policies changed Pay scales and performance increases changed There was no sense of appreciation for employees There were huge layoffs for long term employees regardless of their contribution to the company

Pros

- Good benefits & comp - Great people across all departments - Accommodating increased work volume by hiring temps - Management cares about your growth and development, will work with you to schedule growth opportunities

Cons

- Currently going through a lot of changes which has made the job 10x more challenging - Call center, so a bit micro manage-y but not as much as it could be compared to other companies - Call center, so generally sucks and is not fun
