Pros
They have a private bathroom if you need to poop
Cons
They will micromanage you until you question if you are good at anything. Systems are old or don't work but they will pull data from them to "show" how you're messing up or not logged on even though they know the system fails regularly. They will spend more time criticizing you than working to make things better. Since people have started working from home they treat employees like they are constantly stealing time or not working. They ask if you're okay then treat you poorly. Slightly racist tendencies as well but they are being reported :) . The owner has multiple luxury cars but won't even fix cubicles that are literally falling apart and are not safe. Do not trust certain people as all they care about is numbers and not people. Watching it burn from afar is kind of entertaining though.
