Maingear allows you to dabble in a lot of different aspects of the gaming pc industry while learning from and growing at your primary tasks. While management structure is clear, department lines often aren't, which allows for a lot of flexibility once mastering a position. Feedback in company policies, product development and business procedures is often heard and implemented quickly and major decisions are thoroughly and formally explained. Everyone here takes a lot of pride in their work and seek out ways to improve the company.
Cons
Crunch during a product release and holiday season can get pretty intense. Management has effectively reduced the amount of crunch and stress with careful planning and milestones, especially within the past year, but it still has room to improve.
