Pros
It's a job which a lot of people need right now so if you're hurting for employment and medical benefits, it
will provide that, but if you're looking for a satisfying career or have any other options, you're probably better off somewhere else.
Cons
Pretty toxic environment. People literally only get raises every 3 to 4 years unless you have a family connection to the partners. You would be hard pressed to find a place with more awkward environment where people collaborate less. Management is made of smart people and they have great connections which has benefited them greatly, but they were never made to lead people and treat their employees. Some do well by working hard but for the most part succeeding is based is entirely political, not based on merit.
