The associates are fantastic. The company takes pride and selects the best of the best to work with. Casual dress code and on-site parking. Immaculate facility and they take COVID19 extremely seriously offering free PPE to staff and have strict procedures in place.
Cons
Low pay, no benefits, paid by paycheque - not by auto deposit, no onboarding, limited trialing, overworking staff, high pressure environment, no time for breaks, no recognition or appreciation for hard work, no trust in employees to make executive decisions, micromanagement, a high rotation of staff, strict restrictions on office and bathroom supplies - held under lock and key and only accessible by asking upper management. Lack of corporate culture and failure to retain good associates.
