Great place to learn, but a lot of responsibility - Investment Associate Mainsail Partners Employee Review

After working in the financial services industry for over a decade, I have had the best experience, bar none, at Mainsail. Working in financial services, specifically PE can be a grind and there are a lot of sharp elbowed and toxic firms out there, but Mainsail has done an amazing job of recruiting great people and fostering a great culture. They have high expectations and are very performance driven but your managers sincerely care about you, your wellbeing, and your career progression. They also go to great lengths to receive feedback across the organization so your concerns are not unheard or overlooked. You will learn a ton here and there is opportunity to grow within the firm. Just look at their team and tenure and it speaks for itself.

Can't think of any - no one goes into PE thinking it will be a cake walk and Mainsail will arm you with the tools and training to succeed.

There are a lot of people throughout the organization that will invest in your growth and support you during and after your employment with them. Mainsail provides a fun and challenging environment. The quality of the deals and investors is similar to larger, more well known firms, and Mainsail provides a more collaborative environment.
