Severely Mis-managed Software Department - Business Analyst Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions Employee Review

TFI has some really great management that cares about thier staff, especially in the Marketing department ;) They have great benefits and really work with you on the knowledge you have. There are alot of departments that just compliment each other. I would 10 out of 10 recommend :)

Keep in mind this is a non profit that encouraged thier employees to do more with less. Be ready to be creative and innovative.

Easy work, pay ok, good benefits

Management is all over the place and does not communicate with each other on anything. You will never get clear instructions on your work, usually being left to figure everything out on your own. They make it clear you will face consequences if something isn't done, then fire you anyways for reporting when someone else isn't doing their job.
