Pros
Massive potential and opportunity. I came in with little to no experience and was given many opportunities to grow professionally. It's been an absolutely incredible experience and every single person on the team is focused on a common goal.
Cons
- Currently no office environment due to obvious reasons, but this is probably a pro for most people. - Standard Startup growing pains, but the team is incredibly flexible and adapts quickly.
