- Fast pace environment, "getting things done" mentality - Everyone is on top of their game, but they're humble about it - Everyone helps each other - Everyone's input is taken into account in product decisions - High growth path - Number driven - Well funded - Excellent product vision - World class leadership team - Very modern tech stack, allows to ship new features at an incredible pace
Cons
- Not for you if you expect a 9-5 environment. (everyone works really hard, and celebrates the wins) - Still ironing out some internal processes and structure. (a normal growing pain) Already much improved from what it used to be.
