Pros
Leadership is phenomenal. They source only top notch talent from outstanding companies and are very strict in the hiring process. This ultimately results in a strong and driven team, who are keen to help their peers grow and succeed. The company has seen exponential growth, but has managed to promote internally on a regular basis. Hard work is genuinely rewarded.
Cons
Still in “startup” phase, which means things change fast, and frequently… personally, I see this as a good thing, but growing pains are present and to be expected.
