Manager - Manager Maison Kayser Employee Review

Corporate low balls everyone and company as a whole underpays everyone. Young company with young managers resistant to change. Most managers are inexperienced. Disorganized and high turn over AT EVERY LEVEL. One location had 11 store managers in less than one year. All have left the company only after several months of employment. (says a lot about the GM) Team work doesn't exist here and its a very cutthroat and childish environment as far as senior level.
