      Pros

      Close to home if you're located in Elk Grove. Discounts on parts (although you can buy online at a price equal to the discounted price). Coworkers are great!

      Cons

      No career opportunities. Wages are extremely low. Prefer to hire someone new instead of promoting within. Treated as if you are replaceable. Terrible health plans.
