New technology, but toxic culture and poor leadership - Manager Majid Al Futtaim Group Employee Review

The culture is toxic, and over the past two years, I’ve seen many employees get fired without clear reasons. Leadership is extremely poor, with impulsive decision-making and rushed adoption of new technologies, followed by hiring around those decisions. When those initiatives fail, employees often end up taking the blame and getting terminated. No work-life balance. There is little to no appreciation for employee ideas or contributions, and workplace politics are rampant. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
