No discipline in India :-), Parties with Unlimited food and alcohol and cocktails. 2-3 times a year even in 5 stars like Westin. HR Team is. offering snacks, can win people is the engagement policy. They spend on cocktails but not on increments.
Cons
, Call us to office only on leadership visit, remaining days no one goes. Salary increment very low and put us on PIP anytime they feel like.
