Pros

Working at MLG is amazing. The people that are behind this company are not only bright individuals but truly have a passion for what MLG is about (which is not the same at many companies). Everyone brings a little something to the table and when that is combined you get an amazing company to work for and be a part of. The ability to go to live events, monday breakfasts and after hour gaming is just a small portion of the benefits to MLG. Lastly the leaders are not behind closed doors and out of sight. There is a very transparent feel here at MLG as every employee is up to date on what is going on in every department and upper management. To sum this up, MLG is just as great to work for as many of you would assume.

Cons

Communication with managers is not that great. Discussions get lost in never ending email chains, direct messages, ect. When things hit the fan rather than finding a solution people would rather point their fingers to blame. Of course this has gotten better since management themselves admit to this fault, but its still not perfect.

Pros

-Some of the people there (~25%) are kind and hard working people with no ego. The rest have their heads up their... well you get the idea. (Would give 1 star if it wasn't for these people) -You get to work in esports but wouldn't consider this place as anything other than a stepping stone to another job that appreciates your time and effort more. -Depending on your department you will work on cool/quality projects

Cons

-Lack of leadership -Lack of vision (everything communicated last minute and in an unclear fashion) -Snobby/clueless/egotistical coworkers (majority but not all) -Low pay/long hours/poor recognition for people that actually get the job done -Did I mention poor communication? -Poor work ethic across majority of a specific department -Poor planning and management -Low motivation, poor communication
