Pros

If you have an interest in political campaigns, you'll have the chance to work on a wide array of campaigns and interact with numerous political professionals. It's a decent place to learn about the industry and get basic experience.

Cons

Majority is a political consultancy, not a marketing firm. Don't believe their presentation of the company as a cutting-edge digital marketing firm- it's not. All jobs are dead end. There is little prospect for advancement. So if you work here, get what experience you can and get out quickly. The company is run by salesmen. The senior leadership focuses on sales to the detriment of all other aspects of the company, leading to chaotic and disorganized internal processes. The volume of work is high and there's almost no thought given to how to organize it. The political season is brutal. Weekly hours worked rivals the worst of consulting or investment banking, but for a tiny fraction of the pay. And with the thought of January layoffs looming, it leads to a miserable experience.

Cons

I don't know any cons. Compared to other places I have worked, this one is exceptional.
