      Easy workload, good colleagues, great working environment, salary is market average

      Cons

      Very traditional HR practices (8 to 5 pm, late charges, non flexible working hours), HR support is not so great, no HMO but with hospital discounts for dependents, very limited benefits, horizontal communication is very apparent
