Massive lay-offs (including the director of the Wish Team, which is objectively the most important role at the org), several benefits taken away (fully paid medical care, lessened our time off accrual, took away previously paid holidays, didn't give bonuses or work-iversary incentives as they did previously, etc.), horrible executive leadership (3 CEO's worked at our chapter in the less than 2 years I was employed there, and each new CEO seems to be worse than the one prior somehow?).
