      Flexible Schedule, Limited Supervision, Don't sit in an office all day, Drive a mini cooper!

      Cons

      Pay structure for consultants in the field is not equally favorable to everyone. Easy to burnout. Downtime is not paid but you are still expected to be ready to leave, meaning that your free time isn't really free. Paid based on appointment only.

      Pros

      It was a pleasant experience and a great place to get a feel for a medium sized santa barbara business.

      Cons

      At times rather disorganized. Sometimes outside personal issues staged a little to much time in the office. Cost cutting also became an issue.
