Work with any new technologies available, as long as it is within their budget, which off late has been fairly strict.
Cons
Very toxic culture 5 day work from office mandatory minimum number of hours to be spent in office everyday very employee un-friendly HR policies no regard for work-life balance, people freely call/whatsapp beyond work hours and on weekends with no compensatory off a lot of bootlicking and favouritism managers don't hold back from yelling at employees infront of everyone- same team, different team, juniors, seniors there isn't enough space in the office but they still need employees to come everyday and make the office a fish-market they make employees spend their money in test bookings and research tools and do not reimburse, either it gets declined with barely any logical explanation or it just sits with HR with no approval most of the office is just males, and the ones who progress are usually old ones in the firm, propagating the toxic culture barely any increments
