Pros
Everyone you work with is extremely nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. They reward good work as best as they can.
Cons
The company itself does not have enough slots available for deliveries so the lead times for appointments are often pushed back almost a mont or more, leading to extremely upset customers and no way to fix the problem so customer support is just constantly taking a beating. That on top of how often we received complaints about broken or missing items was incredible. The stress is unimaginable at this position.
